SOLUTION: A quality measuring part 3 of a server S11 measures the communication quality of a packet transfer network, a dividing position calculating part 5 calculates dividing positions of transmission data on the basis of the communication quality, a connection establishing part 4 individually establishes a plurality of connections CN11 with a client C11 in each piece of division data divided at the dividing positions, and a transfer controlling part 1 parallelly performs data transfer of division data obtained by dividing the transmission data on the basis of the dividing positions through the individual connections CN11.</p> |
