PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication method capable of preventing communication interference and cut-off in one-to-multi wireless communication. SOLUTION: Before a communication mode in which a master device communicates with a plurality of slave devices, it is determined whether or not communication times are not overlapped between slave devices and whether a communication parameter required for communications between each of a plurality of slave devices and the master device is suited to communication assumption conditions for the master device to communicate with the slave devices (S16) and when the communication parameter is suited to the communication assumption conditions, the communication of the slave device in the communication mode is controlled by setting so that the operation information of each of slave devices in the communication mode can be different (S18 and S20). When the communication mode is change and the operating time of the slave device ends without completing the communication with the master device in the slave device, the connection of the slave device and the master device is maintained until the end of the communication of the slave device (S22-S26).
