PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion/drawing mechanism of a plug-in unit which enables smooth insertion and drawing. SOLUTION: A unit 2 is inserted into a housing 1, insertion/drawing levers 33, 34 are turned to an inner direction and guide rollers 37, 38 are fitted to the tip of guide grooves 14, 15 of guide boards 12, 13 provided to the unit 2. When the insertion/drawing levers 33, 34 are turned outward around lever rotary shafts 35, 36 by a finger force, the guide rollers 37, 38 move inward while being locked by means of the guide grooves 14, 15 and rotating along guide holes 39, 40 by the principle of leverage, and the unit 2 is force into the housing 1 by its reaction force and a connector 21 of the unit 2 fits to a floating connector 11 of the housing 1.
