PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability in delivering of bills from a storage and to increase the housing quantity of bills in the storage by controlling the space between a lifting stage and a base part to a necessary space without depending on the weight of accumulated bills. SOLUTION: The base part 30 is raised and lowered within a storage body 10 by a raising and lowering means 90. The engagement part 46 of a main link member 40 is guided by guide surfaces 72 and 82 according to the rise and fall of the base part 30, whereby the lifting state 20 is separated from and approached to the base part 30. In the bottom part of the storage body 10, the auxiliary guide surface 82 indirectly guides the engagement part 46 of the main link member 40 through an auxiliary link member 60 in the state where the lifting stage 20 starts to separate from the base part 30. Accordingly, the space between the stage 20 and the base part 30 can be controlled to the necessary space without depending on the weight of the bills placed on the stage 20.
