PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively judge a contract and execution state of a building construction and to suppress problem occurring between a client and a contractor. SOLUTION: An escrow acceptance inspection system 1 is provided with a mediation acceptance inspection center 4 interposed between the client 2 and the contractor 3 who made the contract of the building construction. Then, a settlement part of the mediation acceptance inspection center 4 receives a prescribed charge for the construction from the client 2 before starting the construction and possesses the prescribed charge. Thereafter, an acceptance inspection part of the mediation acceptance inspection center 4 judges the execution state at least when the construction is completed on the basis of an acceptance inspection list 8 for judging whether or not the execution state reaches a prescribed standard for construction contract contents based on the contract. The settlement part of the mediation acceptance inspection center 4 reports acceptance information to the client 2 and pays the prescribed charge for the construction to the contractor 3 after the construction is completed when the acceptance information is outputted from the acceptance inspection part, and reports re-execution to the contractor 3 when rejection information is outputted from the acceptance inspection part. |
