PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting machine, an electronic voting system, and a computer program capable of complementing fragility of electronic data and retaining them till surely recording and collecting the voting data in the electronic voting. SOLUTION: Data outputted by an electronic voting machine 203 installed in a polling station 200 are recorded in an electromagnetic recording medium 408, original data 407 are produced, and the original data 407 are read and recorded into a different electromagnetic recording medium 409. The data recorded in the media are transferred to a ballot-counting office 300 to be collected.
