PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write data on the active status in an ID tag by a CPU of an electronic device in simple constitution. SOLUTION: The ID tag 5 is formed by a semiconductor chip 6 as a semiconductor circuit part and an antenna coil 7, and provided for writing the information on the active result of the electronic device thereto. The semiconductor chip 6 is connected to the CPU 2 of the electronic device through signal lines L2, L2, thereby reading and writing the information. In the active state of the electronic device, the information showing the active status is written by the CPU 2, whereby grasping the active status of the electronic device to read out as the historical information in disposal as waste to quickly judge recycling.
