PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding film which is excellent in a shielding property for electromagnetic wave generated from the entire part of a display, transparency, invisibility and bonding property, and also provide a display or the like using the same bonding film. SOLUTION: The bonding film having an electromagnetic wave shielding property and transparency is obtained. In this bonding film, a geometrical figure drawn on the front surface of a transparent plastic substrate with a conductive material has a line width of 40μm or less, line interval of 200μm or more and line thickness of 40μm or less, a part or the entire part of the substrate including the geometrical figure is covered with a bonding agent, the difference of refractive indices of the bonding agent covering the geometrical figure and the transparent plastic substrate is set to 0.14 or less or different of refractive indices of the bonding layer and the bonding agent covering the geometrical figure is set to 0.14 or less when the transparent plastic substrate is laminated on the conductive material via the bonding layer. The bonding film is used for a display and an electromagnetic wave shielding structural body.
