PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a status information concentrating system, an information concentrating device and an on-vehicle apparatus capable of dispensing with the manual troublesome work in concentrating the status information of a vehicle for business use, and acquiring much status information on a daily basis in comparison with a conventional case. SOLUTION: A vehicle V comprises the on-vehicle apparatus 1 having a radio communication function connected to an in-vehicle LAN 3, and a business office comprises the information concentrating device 2 connected to a road-side antenna 25 for radio communication, mounted on a doorway of a parking. When the vehicle V exists in a communication area of the road-side antenna 25, the on-vehicle apparatus 1 transmits various status information received through the in-vehicle LAN 3, in accordance with the request from the information concentrating device 2 through the road-side antenna 25, and the information concentrating device 2 concentrates the information, and stores the information in a memory 21 as the database.
