LASER DIODE OPTICAL MODULE APPARATUS OF LASER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A laser diode optical module apparatus is provided to express an image with a low laser power without loss of beams from a laser diode by adjusting a strength of an input current of a power supply and modulating an output of the laser diode. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing part(21,22) separates RGB signals from an input image signal. A current modulation part(23) adjusts a current strength of each RGB signal from the signal processing part according to a gray level to be expressed. A power part(24) generates RGB powers proportional to the RGB currents from the current modulation part. A laser light source generates RGB beams proportional to the RGB powers. A scanning part(28) scans the RGB beams in vertical and horizontal directions and constructs an image on a screen.
