PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion port cutoff mechanism of a card reader capable of cutting off an insertion port while minimizing noise generated when inserting or discharging a card into or from a card reader body. SOLUTION: In an insertion port block 20 of an IC card reader 1, one end side of rubber 26 is fixed to a back face part 21b of a block body 21, and the insertion port 22 of the IC card 3 is cut off by the other end side of the rubber 26. |
