PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution system that causes no high cost even when a photographing place is changed and imposes no load on a network and a server. SOLUTION: A server 11 at a site creates a URL on the basis of a distributor condition, allows a personal computer of a sender to generate a file of the URL, allows the personal computer 10 of the sender to transmit an IP address provided by a provider 12, transmits an HTML file to which the IP address is embedded according to a video request from a personal computer 9 of a viewer, and the viewer uses the IP address embedded in the HTML file to allow the personal computer 10 of the sender to directly transmit a video image photographed by a video camera 2 to the viewer so that the viewer can receive the distribution of the video image in real time not through the server. |
