PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a radiation which occurs due to the edge of an output voltage in a D class power amplifier. SOLUTION: The power amplifier comprises a pair of PWM modulators 11, 12 to which an input signal is supplied; a pair of push-pull circuits 15, 16; and drive circuits 13, 14 for supplying the outputs of the modulators 11, 12 as drive signals to the push-pull circuits 15, 16. The power amplifier further comprises a speaker 19 connected between the output end of the push-pull circuit 15 and the output end of the push-pull circuit 16. The drive circuits 13, 14 alternatively drive the push-pull circuit 15 and the push-pull circuit 16 at each one cycle period of the PWM signals.
