PURPOSE: A device for changing a return roller of a belt conveyor is provided to prevent breakage of equipment and improve transport efficiency by changing the return roller simply and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A device for changing a return roller of a belt conveyor includes a roller support part, a roller stand part, and a guide part. In the roller support part, roller guides(22) with a groove for inserting a roller shaft(33) of the return roller are adhered to the upper part of rectangular roller support plates(12), and bearing shafts(28) are fixed to the lower part of the roller support plate. Keyways(27) are formed to the middle part of the roller support plate, and rectangular stoppers(20) controlling to have a rotation angle of 80 degrees in rotating are adhered on the sides of the roller support plate. One side of the roller stand part has a rotating cylindrical shaft(18) corresponding to the bearing shaft and the other side passes through a return roller stand(16). The guide part has a pair of supports(23a,23b). One side of the support is adhered to the return roller stand, and the other side has a protruded portion interfering with a support roller guide. Another support connects the protruded portion and a protruded portion. A rectangular groove and a circular groove of a guide bar(31) are formed on both sides of the support. The rectangular groove of the support roller guide is inserted in the support(23a).
