Motor 100 is equipped with magnetic-flux detector 102, which detects magnetic fluxes from magnets of the motor. Position signal converter 110 finds a position of the motor using a value detected by magnetic-flux detector 102. Speed controller 106 throws the motor in sine wave drive using the detected motor position.
