APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ICE CASE

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to allow for rapid mass production of ice cases through a simple operation, while maintaining the maximum freshness of the food stuff contained in the ice case. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a main body frame(10) having a plurality of roller wheels(12) attached to the outer bottom surface of the main body frame; a movable frame(20) arranged in the upper portion of the main body frame, which has a fuel tank(22) and a circulation tank(24) and is fixed through a movable cylinder(25) in such a manner that the movable frame reciprocates; an upper mold(30) arranged underneath the movable frame, which includes a fixing frame having a guide rod(32) guided by a guide support(26) of the movable frame and a plurality of spiral shafts arranged at the outer bottom of the fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame moves in a vertical direction by an elevating cylinder(36); a cooling tank(40) arranged in the intermediate portion of the main body frame and connected to the fuel tank through a feed pipe, wherein the cooling tank has a water drain channel and a water drain hole(44) formed at the top surface of the cooling tank in such a manner that a plurality of lower molds(45) are mounted on the top surface of the cooling tank; a conveyor unit(50) having a plurality of conveyor roller(54) and a conveyor belts(56) operating by a driving motor(52); a circulation pump(60) arranged in the lower portion of the main body frame and connected to the circulation tank and the cooling tank; and a plurality of freezers(70) connected to the cooling tank so as to circulate a refrigerant.
