<p>A microspray column with improved ionization efficiency, a high-sensitivity mass spectrometer comprising the microspray column, and a mass spectrometry using the microspray column. The microspray column is used for introducing a sample into an ion source of a mass spectrometer (ESI/MS) of a type in which sample molecules are ionized by electrospray and introduced into an analyzer, wherein (1) the inside diameter D1 of the opening (1b) of the end of a column (1) is 0.5 μm or less, (2) the particle size D2 of a column filler (2) is 0.5 μm or greater, (3) no frit is used. The mass spectrometer has such a microspray column in an ion source, and the mass spectrometry enables nanoflow electrospray by using such a microspray column.</p> |
