PURPOSE: Provided are dried laver seasoned with fruit powder of and stem powder of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten and a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, the dried laver contains nutraceutically active ingredients of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten, and is thus improved in its quality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of dried laver seasoned with fruit powder of and stem powder of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten is characterized by comprising the steps of: freeze-drying the fruit and stem of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten and pulverizing them; adding the powder thereof to dried laver in the amount of 0.5-20% based on the weight of salt; and roasting the laver at 275-290 deg.C for 9-14 seconds.
