PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inexpensive ceramic bearing part capable of meeting high quality requirements. SOLUTION: Substance mixture containing organic metal compound and chemical reaction filling material is mixed to manufacture the substance mixture containing the organic metal compound as the first stage of preliminary ceramic and as the chemical reaction filling material. Since the substance mixture is thermally decomposed and transferred to ceramic, the inexpensive ceramic bearing part meeting the high quality requirements can be manufactured. |
