PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-based two pack coating composition capable of securing pollution resistance and excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: This coating composition comprises two liquids of a liquid A containing a component A composed of a (meth)acrylic resin emulsion containing a hydrolyzing and condensing catalyst for hydrolyzable silicone group and a liquid B containing a component B composed of an emulsion of a partial hydrolyzation and condensation product of a tetraalkoxysilane having ethoxy/propoxy or ethoxy/butoxy.
