PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box in which its outer aesthetic appearance is not deteriorated even if its end surface plate is buckled. SOLUTION: There is provided a wrap-round type packaging box in which a commodity is wrapped around with each of a pair of end plates 1 and end flat plates 2, wherein the flaps 3, 4 are closed to seal it. Buckle leading lines 9 extending from four corners of the end plates 1 toward a central part in a slant direction. Even if the end plates 1 are buckled with stacked-up load, the box is buckled along the buckle leading lines 9 into a predetermined shape, resulting in that its outer aesthetic appearance is not damaged.
