PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating/air-conditioning facility of a nuclear power plant capable of furthering reduction of facility expenses and operation expenses by reducing an outside air introducing quantity to reduce the capacity/processing amount (utility amount) of equipment and installations, and of relieving check/ repair work due to corrosion of the installations in the nuclear power plant or corrosion of an air supply casing. SOLUTION: In this ventilating/air-conditioning facility provided for a nuclear power plant, a wing 1a of a louver 1 mounted at an entrance tip part of the air supply casing 2 for introducing the outside air is provided with an edge formed vertically to the flowing direction of the outside air flow on the downstream-side end face for receiving the outside air flow.
