摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly increase the structural strength of a flex beam. SOLUTION: The flex beam 1 has a flapping part 4 whose section is rectangular and a feathering lead lag part 5 whose section is shaped as two Ys connected at their leg parts. The flapping part 4 consists of a first composite material and a second composite material which are connected to each other integrally. The first composite material has a plurality of first layers layered in the vertical direction and disposed at the center in the direction of the beam width and a plurality of second layers extending from the front edge to the rear edge of the beam with a first layer in-between. The second composite material is divided by the second layers of the first composite material in the vertical direction. The feathering lead lag part 5 consists of the second layer of the first composite material disposed in the middle of the beam in the direction of the thickness and the second composite material disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the second layer of the first composite material, which are jointed integrally.
