摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent disorder of the air/fuel ratio of mixed air in the purge of the evaporated fuel while disposing an HC sensor in a purge pathway in an evaporated fuel treatment device. SOLUTION: A purge control valve and the HC sensor are mounted in the purge pathway to make a canister communicate with an intake pathway of an internal combustion engine. The evaporated fuel treatment device also has a purge control means for controlling the opening of the purge control valve and an injection quantity correcting means for correcting the fuel injection quantity fed to the internal combustion engine based on the output of the HC sensor. The purge control means executes the small purge flow control (Step 120) for keeping the purge flow at a prescribed value or lower after the start of the purge of the evaporated fuel till the purge of the quantity equivalent to the capacity of the pathway between the purge control valve and the HC sensor is finished (Step 118), and after the purge is finished, the purge control means executes the large purge flow control (Step 116) for keeping the purge flow at the prescribed value or larger.
