PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable photographic film cutter by which a 35 mm type film and a Brownie type film can precisely be cut straight. SOLUTION: The cutter includes a press cut (3) attached in the center of a cutter base (1) in its crossing direction and the cutter base includes rectangular reception holes (9) in its right and left areas and plates (10) which are positioned at the reception holes while having its direction changed by 180 deg.. The cutter base and respective plates have guide rails (11, 12) for mounting the 35 mm type film and a swell part (13) which constitutes a finger insertion recessed part (14) between them. Each plate has another guide rail (15) formed in a pair with the guide rail (11) of the cutter base so as to mount the Brownie type film when the plate is positioned in the reception hole while having its direction changed by 180 deg..
