PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent obtained from shells that can eliminate agricultural chemicals and bacteria adhered to farm produces that are harvested and distributed on the market, thus effectively making use of disused materials. SOLUTION: This detergent that can eliminate agricultural chemicals and bacteria is manufactured from a product obtained by baking crushed shells in an oxygen-free atmosphere at >=600 deg.C.
