PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly device for a door inner panel narrowing an occupying space, constructing a low cost line, and having high production efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of jigs 4 are disposed along the circumferential direction in a rotating support 3 which is intermittently rotated. A plurality of work stations 1st to 4st are disposed in the circumference of the rotating support 3, and by intermittent driving of the rotating support 3, the door inner panel 5 supported in each jig 4 is fed in order to each working station. When the step of the door inner panel 5 is changed, each jig is exchanged in order by a robot in the forth work station 4st just before the first work station 1st conducting fitting to the jig 4 of the door inner panel 5.
