PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control device capable of certainly detecting an abnormal state by preventing a bad influence due to variation in electric power source voltage. SOLUTION: This wiper control device contains a wiper switch 2, a wiper motor 6 to drive a wiper, a control means 11a to control driving of the wiper motor 6 in accordance with an operational signal from the wiper switch 2, a wiper cycle computing means 11b to compute a wiper cycle required for the wiper to reciprocate, a judgement means 11c to judge the abnormal state by comparing the wiper cycle computed by the wiper cycle computing means 11b with a previously set standard wiper cycle, an electric power source voltage detection means 11d to detect the electric power source voltage and a correction means 11e to correct the standard wiper cycle in accordance with detected voltage from the electric power source voltage detection means 11d.
