PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-cylinder device, which can be safely removed and reused, even if being attached to a liquid-discharge device, etc. SOLUTION: The gas-cylinder device comprises a cylinder 3 having an mouth 7 closed and filled with a compressed gas, a pointed body 10 for opening/closing the mouth 7, and a locking part 12 for holding the pointed body 10 at one end opposing to the mouth 7 and locking a cylinder-opening/closing member 13 at the other end. The device comprises further a holding body 4 in which a flow path 11 of gas discharged from the cylinder 3, an urging member 14 which biases the holding body 4 to the opening side of the cylinder 3 by being attached to the holding body 4, and a holding body 5 in which an opening part 23 is formed for facing the locking part 12 formed in the holding body 4 and one end of the gas flow path 11 to the outside. When the holding body 4 is moved to the other end by a cylinder-opening/closing member 13 locked to the locking part 12, the holding body 4 opens the mouth 7 closed by the pointed body 10.
