DRIVE UNIT AND ANCHORING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit capable of retaining a sufficient rating torque of a non-excitation type electromagnetic clutch. SOLUTION: This drive unit has such a constitution that a drive motor 21 and a drive gear 3 are connected by the non-excitation type electromagnetic clutch 10. A drive shaft 12 of the electromagnetic clutch 10 is the drive unit composed of a non-magnetic material. The drive shaft 12 is made of the non- magnetic material so that the electromagnetic clutch 10 can provide a stable rating torque without disturbing a magnetic field of a permanent magnet provided therein.
