PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength fixing construction between a column and a footing without increasing the work labor and cost. SOLUTION: First concrete for forming a first concrete layer 10 is poured to the bottom portion of an excavated hole 5, a top surface 32 of a base plate 31 is exposed and held almost horizontally on the top surface 11 before hardening, and an anchor 36 is embedded in the first concrete layer 10. After hardening, a positioning body 41 is placed and fixed on the top surface 32 of the base plate 31. Next, a bottom portion of a column body 1 is fitted to a plurality of L-shaped pieces 45 on the top surface of the positioning body 41 and is held almost vertically, second concrete is placed in the excavated hole 5, and the surroundings of a portion near the bottom of the column body is hardened with a second concrete layer 20.
