PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition high in skid resistance and low in rolling resistance, with a compounding agent for easy manufacturing. SOLUTION: The composition, or a tire tread rubber composition contains 0.1-50 pts.wt. in total of a nonlinear aniline oxidation condensation product, a polyamine oxidation condensation product and/or an indigoid compound relative to 100 pts.wt. of rubber. The nonlinear aniline oxidation condensation product is preferred to be at least one selected from the group consisting of aniline blacks and their derivatives having a molecular weight of not more than 2,000.
