PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary sleeve supporting device for a continuously supplied water pipe cutting device capable of enhancing the water stop performance while a constant rate of compression is kept at all times without giving an excessive load to an elastic seal ring. SOLUTION: The rotary sleeve supporting device of the continuously supplied water pipe cutting device includes a rotary sleeve 24 mounted rotatably and water-tightly on casings 15 and 16 installed at the peripheral surface of any existing fluid pipe 10 and cuts the pipe 10 using a cutting tool rotating in a single piece with the rotary sleeve 24. The rotary sleeve 24 is supported on the casings 15 and 16 by a supporting means furnished with the elastic seal ring 25 for establishing water-tightness and a retainer ring 26 of resin for bearing the load.
