PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device, in which a keyhole for a door or the like to be locked and a radio-receiving window are disused and which has direct malfeasant prevention from the outside and convenience. SOLUTION: In an electric open-close lock, the open-close lock has a key device 10 emitting a sound wave as an unlocking key for a lock and the lock device 20 receiving the sound wave and opening and closing the lock. In the lock, the key device 10 has a signal generating synthesizing section 11 synthesizing a plurality of waveforms on the basis of key information as the basic information of an unlocking and the key information and a speaker 14 outputting an analog sound wave to the outside. In the lock, the lock device 20 has a microphone 21 collecting a sound wave from the speaker 14, an analog/digital conversion means 23 converting the analog signal from the key device 10 and the outside into a digital signal, an analyzing means 24 frequency-analyzing the digital signal and extracting key information in a composite sound wave, a means 25 collating the key information of an arrival sound wave and key information in the lock device 20 and a key lock mechanism 26 opened and closed by an unlocking signal output on the basis of the result of the collation.
