PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant and low loss, enables low temperature cofiring, and is used for various electrical and electronic equipment parts. SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition has a composition so as to made into the chemical formula 1 of a wt.% xZrO2 -yZnO-wNb2 O5 -zTiO2 }+c wt.% (glass frit), (wherein, 5.0 mol%<=x<=45.0 mol%; 1.5 mol%<=y<=19.0 mol%; 1.5 mol%<=w<=1.90 mol%; 40.0 mol%<=z<=59.0 mol%; x+y+-w+z=100; 75.0<=A<=97.0; and 3.0<=c<=25.0).
