PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-setting pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet capable of suppressing a rise of adhesion with time during peeling without a remaining paste and having good removability while having high adhesion. SOLUTION: This photo-setting pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises (a) a resin consisting essentially of a pressure-sensitive adhesive acrylic polymer obtained by a photoradical polymerizing reaction and having an oxirane ring in a side chain or terminal and (b) a pressure-sensitive adhesive composed of a photocationic polymerization initiator. The sensitive wavelength region in the photoradical polymerizing reaction and the sensitive wavelength region in the photocationic polymerization initiator do not overlap. The resin (a) contains a component insoluble in tetrahydrofuran or a 0.2 wt.% solution prepared by dissolving the resin (a) in tetrahydrofuran contains a component without passing through a membrane filter having 0.2μm pore diameter. Otherwise, the resin (a) has >=1,000,000 weight-average molecular weight (Mw) measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and expressed in terms of styrene.
