PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a space of the changing sunshine in a comfortable air- conditioned environment without changing any air supply and air-conditioning capacity of an air conditioner, or changing a duct. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 19 is connected to air outlets 20A and 20B of a drawing room 10 on the first floor via a ventilation duct 21, and the air conditioner 19 is connected to an air outlet 42 of a bedroom 18 on the second floor via a ventilation duct 45. The ventilation ducts connected to the air conditioner 19 are branched into two systems, one branched duct 23A is connected to a third air outlet 22 of the drawing room 10 via an electrically-driven damper 24, and the other branched duct 23B is connected to an air outlet 43 of the bedroom 10 via an electrically-driven damper 47. By operating a rotary switch 51 of a control panel 50, the electrically-driven dampers 24 and 47 are controlled to open/close so that the air supply to the drawing room 10 which is easily affected by the sunshine and the air supply to the bedroom 18 which is less easily affected by the sunshine are adjusted without changing the air volume and the air-conditioning capacity of the air conditioner.
