PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure for a wall frame panel and a floor slab foundation capable of easily and strongly joining the wall frame panel to the foundation at a prescribed level, easily executable in a short construction period, and capable of reducing an execution cost. SOLUTION: A foundation steel frame 5 is arranged in the prescribed height. The floor slab foundation 1 made of a reinforced concrete foundation is integrally arranged so as to embed the foundation steel frame 5, and is formed as the floor slab foundation 6 made of steel-concrete. A lower frame material 2 in the wall frame panel 3 having the lower frame material 2 composed of thin plate lightweight shape steel is placed on and fixed to the foundation steel frame 5. The foundation steel frame 5 also serving as a form is formed on the outer periphery of the foundation, and the floor slab foundation 1 made of the reinforced concrete foundation is integrally arranged inside the foundation steel frame 5 so as to embed the foundation steel frame 5.
