POSITIONING CLAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning clamper offering simple construction for positioning and clamping a thin plate material. SOLUTION: A clamp part 12 is formed at the end of a vertical side portion 10 of a L-shaped clamping member 9 having the vertical side portion 10 and a lateral side portion 11. The vertical side portion 10 is stored in a seating member 1 and the lateral side portion 11 is protruded from a window hole 5 of the seating member 1 and pivotally supported at or around its end via a pin 13 by a bracket 6. A piston rod 15 of an air cylinder 14 is pivotally supported at its end in a hole 17 near an angle portion of the clamping member 9. The clamping part 12 is moved up with the extension of the piston rod 15, and it is stored in a sliding groove 8 of a positioning guide member 7 for positioning the thin plate material W with the positioning guide member 7 inserted into a hole (h) thereof. The clamping part 12 is moved down and protruded from the sliding groove 8 of the positioning guide member 7 with the move-in/out of the piston rod 15 for clamping the thin plate material W.
