FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves revealing spatial renal blood circulation parameter changes and vascular kidney resistance parameters using computer tomography approach at 16-20 week of pregnancy. Amplitude-frequency value being determined to be equal to or less than 0,1611±0,004 conditional units and dicrotic index value to be equal to or greater than 22,79±0,37%, gestosis is considered to develop at a time before 32 pregnancy weeks in 87.5% of the cases.
