PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer tablet in which interlayer debonding can be prevented and stability is excellent. SOLUTION: A method of suppressing the interlayer debonding of a multilayer tablet is characterized in that, in manufacturing a multilayer tablet, a crystalline cellulose having a bulk specific gravity of 0.10-0.25 g/ml is compounded in at least one layer and the amount of the cellulose to be compounded is 1-20 pts.wt. in the layer containing the cellulose having a bulk specific gravity of 0.10-0.25 g/ml. Also, the tablet contains the cellulose having a bulk specific gravity of 0.10-0.25 g/ml in at least one layer out of two or more layers. |
