FIELD: medicine, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: one should inject isoniazide dissolved in 5 ml 0.5%-novocaine solution into surface inguinal lymph nodes at lesion side at the rate of 0.5 ml/min. Projection of affected adnexum should be irradiated 30 min after injection with He-Ne laser for 10 min, treatment course consists of 14 seances, moreover, the first 5 seances should be carried out daily, but the next 5 ones - every other day. The present innovation favors to shorten therapy terms and fulfill organ-saving operations in case of tubercular epididymitis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 ex, 1 tbl |
