FIELD: oil-and-gas industry; cleaning inner walls of pipe line; calibration of pipe line; separation of two different media during transportation. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has body with flanges and sluice chamber, ball shut-off unit with drive, seals, upper cover, cover with bayonet lock, pressure-relief valve with stop; shut-off member of pressure relief valve consists of seat made in form of hollow bush with spring-loaded stepped piston arranged inside it; part of said sleeve having form of sleeve has larger diameter; it is used as shut-off member and other part is made in form of rod engageable with eccentric provided with lever on which retainer is secured; retainer is made in form of spring- loaded rod with head for engagement with blind hole found in valve body.
