One should apply polyacrylamide gel with addition of antibiotic solution at 5:1 ratio 2-4 wk after surgical interference percutaneously into tongue's root and under mucous membrane of the superior angle of laryngostomy. If necessary, such injection should be repeated not earlier than in 2 wk. EFFECT: higher reliability of laryngeal separating function, lower traumaticity.
