PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correcting wear put on the upper half of the body to correct a posture, thin with high flexibility so as to be easily used without considering age or sex, particularly wearable with a feeling of underwear in an outerwear, easily operated when put on and taken off, and easy also for a woman to wear. SOLUTION: This posture correcting wear comprises a back contact part; upper shoulder part pieces extending upward from both sides of the back contact part; front joining parts laterally extending on both sides from both side parts of the back contact part, with the end parts fastened to be engaged with each other at a body front joining part; and front shoulder part pieces extending from the upper part of the front joining parts and detachably engaged with the end parts of the upper shoulder part pieces. The correcting wear further comprises back contact part side extensible band pieces extending from the respective upper shoulder parts to the corresponding lower parts on the opposite side of the back contact part and intersecting each other at the back contact part, and front side extensible band pieces extending from the respective front shoulder parts to the side edges of the front joining parts.
