PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutant DNA polymerase exhibiting reduced differentiation with respect to a labeled nucleotide into a polynucleotide. SOLUTION: This new mutant DNA polymerase has, in a nucleotide labeling interaction domain, a mutation at a part of the loop between the (i) O-helix, (ii) K-helix and (iii) O-P helix of Taq DNA polymerase, or at a similar position on another DNA polymerase. This DNA polymerase is reduced in differentiation with respect to a fluorescein-type dye-labeled nucleotide. |
