PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce environmental disruption and deal with the troubles of an apparatus by eliminating the damage caused by jelly fish to a cooling system using the seawater and the malodor pollution accompanied with conventional jelly fish treatments. SOLUTION: Water for dissolving jelly fish fractionated by a crusher (1) is oxidized by aeration in a filtering vessel (2), and then is treated with an active carbon (5) by circulation oxidizing in an ozone vessel (4) attached with an oxygen dissolving vessel (3).
