PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foam which has uniformly fine air bubbles and a smooth surface with outstanding surface light reflecting properties and high glass value (specular property). SOLUTION: The resin foam is composed of an expanded layer (1) and an unexpanded layer (2) formed on at least one of the surfaces of the expanded layer (1). In addition, the resin foam meets the relationship represented by formula: T/ϕ>=2, when the thickness of the unexpanded layer (2) is given as (T) and the average air bubble diameter of the internal air bubble of the expanded layer (1) formed inside the unexpanded layer (2) is given as (ϕ).
