PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contamination preventing device for an endoscope, in which the base end of a flexible treatment tool inserting tube inserted and positioned in a jacket sheath can be easily extended from the base end of a treatment tool inserting duct in an endoscope without being caught in a branching port with a sucking duct. SOLUTION: In the contamination preventing device for the endoscope having the flexible treatment tool inserting tube 23 opening a top end on the top end portion of the jacket sheath 20 and extending a base end from this base end via the inside of the treatment tool inserting duct 17 of the endoscope 10, a potion 23A closer to the base end of the treatment tool inserting tube 23 is formed into a shape applied with first curing of smooth circular arc, a base end neighborhood 23a of the treatment tool inserting tube 23 is formed into a shape applied with second curving of smooth circular arc with a curvature radius smaller than the first curving in the same direction as the first curving.
