PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Th1/Th2 balance modifier for reducing possibility of getting cancer by inhibiting transfer of the Th1/Th2 balance to the side of Th2, having less frequency of expression of adverse effects and safety. SOLUTION: This Th1/Th2 balance modifier contains an extract of Shiitake mushroom mycelia. The modifier for reducing possibility of getting cancer is obtained by inhibiting the transfer to the side of Th2 and improving the Th1/Th2 balance. The modifier may be in a form of medicinal composition, food, or drink and has less frequency of expression of adverse effects and safety. |
